Expenses: The Premium is 3% of the rent. including IPT. For rents
below £350 pcm a minimum premium costs £132.30 pa including IPT.
If the tenant fails to pay the rent, the policy will pay the rent
you are expecting from your property until vacant possession is
obtained [for up to 6 months excluding the first months
lost rent]. Full legal expenses are included

full management terms and conditions and is not offered on
properties not under our management.
